A fearsome club which specializes in fulfilling requests for help. However, doing so creates a debt obligation, which can be called upon at any time! This is the Otogi Academy Student Mutual Assistance Association, otherwise known as the Otogi Bank. Are they heroes of justice or an evil syndicate? Or merely a gathering of wierdos.

The primary members of the club are Ookami Ryouko, whose personality is that of a tsundere and fierce wolf; Morino Ryoushi, the loser guy with a fear of making direct eye contact, whom Ryouko likes; and Akai Ringo, cute loli on the outside, dark demoness on the inside.

Together with their other companions, they do as they like, fighting to reform the world!
